Printed & Coated Glass
Photocatalytic Glass / Self Clear

Under ultraviolet irradiation, the pigment of the ink is decomposed by the photocatalytic effect.

Thanks to a unique high‑temperature bake bonding treatment, Self Clear achieves far greater durability than conventional on‑site applied coatings, maintaining its effect over a long period.

- The photocatalytic effect depends on the amount of ultraviolet radiation. In places where UV light does not reach, such as shaded areas, the effect will not be exhibited.
- It takes time for the effect to appear. It may take several days to several weeks from when dirt adheres until it is decomposed.
- Self Clear has the function of decomposing dirt, but it does not completely prevent contamination. Regular cleaning is still recommended.
