Bulletproof Glass / Omni Series

Strength ComparisonActual Shooting Tests

A hammer test was conducted on three types of glass, measuring the time required to create a hand‑sized opening large enough to operate the latch.

The bullet‑resistant performance of Omni Series is verified through actual shooting tests overseas, based on bullet‑resistant performance standards such as UL 752.

High ExpandabilityThin and Lightweight

In addition to bullet‑resistant level options, the Omni Series can be configured as a non‑scattering type that prevents glass fragments from flying, a high‑transparency type with improved visibility at the same bullet‑resistant level, and solar‑control/vision‑control types using heat‑absorbing or heat‑ reflective glass. Various functional options can be added to suit the application.

By combining glass and polycarbonate, Omni Series can reduce thickness and weight by about 40% compared with all‑glass laminated products of the same bullet‑ resistant level.

Outstanding Security PerformanceSpecifications

Omni Series provides high resistance not only to bullets but also to forced entry using tools such as hammers and crowbars. Compared with laminated glass commonly used as security glazing, Omni Series offers significantly superior security performance.

Precautions
  • Cutting or processing after manufacture is not possible. Please specify dimensions and shapes accurately when ordering.
  • For products using polycarbonate, please carefully read and follow the handling and maintenance instructions, as polycarbonate has its own specific care requirements.
